In Southern Africa we work in a fast-changing and diverse environment. This brings both enriching and potentially stressful new angles to human relationship basics. Within this we all seek to live with integrity, to live true to our chosen values, to embrace change, and free to creatively engage with our colleagues.
Using interactive methodology, I facilitate activities that prompt constructive discussion around basic and challenging issues, in a fun and non-threatening way. My materials are primarily graphic and visual for easy engagement.
All my work is based on widely accepted philosophical principles that underpin many leadership programmes. It has been continuously tweaked after use in a wide range of contexts including those bridging divides in language, age, experience, race, gender, culture, religion, and access to resources. The models are compatible with a broad range of international perspectives, imagery and terminology
